Return Window You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

Hygienic, cosmetic, or intimate products (for sanitary reasons).

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning your item are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by our store.
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it, as well as whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, we will automatically initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
